Founded in 2020, Great North Bay Homes, Inc. provides affordable comprehensive property management services in and around Sonoma County.

Our founder and broker, Matthew Tarr,  has revitalized over 250 under-performing residential and mixed-use properties in Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano counties.

Matthew’s experience gained while working in state government, energy, finance, and real estate, has earned him a reputation for being the broker’s broker.

To Schedule a Showing, please complete the form below or send an email to mtarr@recoprop.com or you may telephone us at (707) 981-4727 and leave a detailed message.  Please be sure to leave your name, telephone number, the address of the property, and the dates and times you are available.

Please tell us how many persons will be occupying the rental and provide us their names. For persons under 18 years of age, only provide their initials.
Showing Policy: It is our company policy that prior to submitting an application to rent any of our managed rental units, prospective applicants MUST schedule a showing and see the rental first, no exceptions. The showing appointment is the initial interview. All showing appointments once confirmed must be honored by the prospective applicant. Showing appointments are free. Should a prospective applicant need to cancel a showing appointment for any reason, the prospective applicant MUST notify our office no later than 2 hours prior to their scheduled appointment by dialing (707) 981-4727 and if not answered, MUST leave a detailed message with their name, the address of the rental unit with the appointment time. Failure to provide us proper notice (i.e. no call or no show) will require the prospective applicant to pay a $40 missed appointment fee for each missed appointment. Should the prospective applicant who pays the missed appointment fee and then rebooks and wishes to apply for the rental unit after viewing the property, we will apply the $40 missed appointment fee towards the application fee for one adult only. Should the prospective applicant not pay the required $40 missed appointment fee or misses two appointments in total, the prospective applicant will be placed on our DO NOT SHOW LIST for a period of 2 years, no exceptions. Missed appointment fees may be paid with either cash, money order, cashiers check, credit or debit card. Please note that all missed appointment fees are non-refundable and the use of a debit or credit card may require an additional processing fee.
